Shipping policy
1. General Terms
All orders from Holly Campbell Ceramics are processed and shipped within a period of 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on whether the product is in stock or needs to be created after the order has been placed. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, Iwill contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Costs
Within Sweden, Holly Campbell Ceramics offers fixed shipping with DHL for 80 SEK per order. This cost includes packaging, handling, and shipping costs. For international shipping within the EU, the shipping cost is 140 SEK. Shipping outside the EU is also 140 SEK as standard, but may become more expensive depending on the weight and size of the package. We will contact you if we need to increase the shipping costs for your order.
3. International Shipping
I offer international shipping to a selection of countries. You will receive a tracking number in the confirmation email when I have completed your order. If you do not see your country as an option at checkout, please feel free to contact me to discuss possibilities. If the shipping costs far exceed the set fees, I will contact you to discuss any additional payment. Please note that all customs fees are paid by the customer.
4. Delivery Delays
Holly Campbell Ceramics is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by circumstances such as weather conditions or courier companies.
5. Damaged Products
We pack our products with great care. If a product is damaged during delivery, Holly Campbell Ceramics will replace the product. Please send us a photograph of the damaged package and product so I can determine the cause of the damage. If the damage is due to inadequate packaging or the courier company's fault, we will replace the product. Contact us immediately at hello@hollycampbellceramics.com if you receive a damaged product.
