Each piece leaves my studio wrapped with care, using sustainable materials when possible. I believe the experience of receiving your pottery should be as beautiful as the piece itself - from the moment you open your letterbox to the first time you unwrap your new treasure. Every parcel is packed to protect your ceramics during their journey and to bring you a little moment of joy when it arrives. I hope you love the unboxing as much as I love creating for you.

Shipping And Tarriff Information

International shipping rules are changing rapidly right now, and I do my best to keep this information current. However, I sincerely encourage you to check your own country's customs regulations before ordering, as tariffs and thresholds can shift quickly. What follows is my understanding of how things work as of February 2026:

Domestic Shipping (Sweden)

Delivery:7-10 business days ( Please send me a message if your purchase requires urgent delivery and  I will prioritise your package!) 
Tracking: Available at checkout

International Shipping

European Union

Delivery: 7-14 business days
Tracking: Available at checkout
VAT: Included in your order total (no surprise fees!)
Customs: No duties within the EU - easy, seamless delivery

United Kingdom

Delivery: 10-14 business days
Tracking: Availbale at checkout
Orders under £135: Exempt from customs duty ✓
Orders over £135: Customs duty (0-6%) and VAT (20%) may apply, collected by courier on delivery

United States

Delivery: 7-20 business days
Tracking: Availbale at checkout

IMPORTANT CUSTOMS INFORMATION:
Due to new US customs regulations (effective August 2025), all imports now face duties and processing fees.

What to expect:

  • Small item (~$60): Approximately $50 in customs fees
  • Medium order (~$250): Approximately $85 in customs fees
  • Larger order (~$500): Approximately $170 in customs fees

These fees are paid directly to US Customs upon delivery. I have no control over these government charges.

Despite this, many US customers still choose my work because they value the craftsmanship, story, and heirloom quality of handmade Swedish pottery. If that's you, I'm honored to create for you.

Canada

Delivery: 7-14 business days

Customs fees (collected by courier on delivery):

  • Orders under CAD $20: No duties or taxes ✓
  • Orders over CAD $20:
    • GST: 5%
    • PST/HST: Varies by province (0-10%)
    • Customs duty: Typically 0-8% on ceramics
    • Courier handling fee: ~CAD $10

Example: A CAD $100 order to Ontario would incur approximately CAD $13 in HST plus handling fees, payable to your delivery driver on arrival.

Australia & New Zealand

Delivery: 10-20 business days
Orders under AUD/NZD $1,000: Generally duty-free
Orders over AUD/NZD $1,000: Customs duties and GST may apply

Switzerland & Norway

Delivery: 7-14 business days

As non-EU countries, customs duties and VAT apply:

  • Switzerland: CHF 65 threshold
  • Norway: NOK 350 threshold

Fees are typically collected by courier on delivery.

Japan

Delivery: 10-15 business days
Orders under ¥16,666 (~$150 USD): Generally exempt from customs duty
Orders over ¥16,666: May incur duties and 10% consumption tax

Singapore & Hong Kong

Delivery: 10-15 business days

  • Singapore: No customs duty on most goods under SGD $400
  • Hong Kong: Generally duty-free for most imports

Rest of World

Delivery: 10-21 business days (varies by destination)

Most countries charge customs duties and taxes on imported goods, typically collected by the courier upon delivery. Thresholds and rates vary significantly - please check your local customs regulations for specific information.
