Packaged with care

Each piece leaves my studio wrapped with care, using sustainable materials when possible. I believe the experience of receiving your pottery should be as beautiful as the piece itself - from the moment you open your letterbox to the first time you unwrap your new treasure. Every parcel is packed to protect your ceramics during their journey and to bring you a little moment of joy when it arrives. I hope you love the unboxing as much as I love creating for you.

Shipping And Tariff Information

International shipping rules are changing rapidly right now, and I do my best to keep this information current. However, I sincerely encourage you to check your own country's customs regulations before ordering, as tariffs and thresholds can shift quickly. What follows is my understanding of how things work as of July 2026:

Domestic Shipping (Sweden)

Delivery: 7–10 business days (Please send me a message if your purchase requires urgent delivery and I will prioritise your package!)
Tracking: Available at checkout

International Shipping Rates

All international orders are shipped via DHL. Rates are based on destination zone and parcel weight. Please note that the Rustic Stoneware Serving Bowl ships in its own dedicated packaging and has different rates — see below.

European Union

Delivery: 7–14 business days
Tracking: Available at checkout
VAT: Included in your order total (no surprise fees!)
Customs: No duties within the EU — easy, seamless delivery

Customs fees apply and are the customer's responsibility, collected by the courier on delivery. Thresholds vary by country:

  • United Kingdom: Orders under £135 are exempt from customs duty. Orders over £135 may incur duty (0–6%) and VAT (20%).
  • Switzerland: CHF 65 threshold before duties and VAT apply.
  • Norway: NOK 350 threshold before duties and VAT apply.

Intercontinental (US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & others)

Customs fees are the customer's responsibility and are collected by the courier on delivery. Rules vary by country:

  • United States: Due to new US customs regulations (effective August 2025), all imports now face duties and processing fees. Small item (~$60): approx. $50 in fees; medium order (~$250): approx. $85; larger order (~$500): approx. $170. These are paid directly to US Customs upon delivery — I have no control over these government charges. Despite this, many US customers still choose my work because they value the craftsmanship and heirloom quality of handmade Swedish pottery. If that's you, I'm honoured to create for you.
  • Canada: Orders under CAD $20 are duty-free. Orders over CAD $20 may incur GST (5%), PST/HST (varies by province, 0–10%), customs duty (typically 0–8% on ceramics), and a courier handling fee of ~CAD $10.
  • Australia & New Zealand: Orders under AUD/NZD $1,000 are generally duty-free. Orders over $1,000 may incur customs duties and GST.
  • Japan: Orders under ¥16,666 (~$150 USD) are generally exempt. Orders over this amount may incur duties and 10% consumption tax.
  • Singapore & Hong Kong: Singapore orders under SGD $400 are generally duty-free. Hong Kong imports are generally duty-free for most goods.
  • Rest of World: Most countries charge customs duties and taxes on imported goods, typically collected by the courier on delivery. Please check your local customs regulations for specific thresholds and rates.

Due to its size and dedicated packaging, the Rustic Stoneware Serving Bowl ships separately and has its own rates:
